Consultants from the University Writing Center will give advice on designing effective slides and posters. We'll discuss the layout for an effective academic poster and look at how to use color and graphics in a PowerPoint to enhance your research. This workshop is open to all and perfect for those preparing for Student Research Week 2013 or for international students who want to understand more about academic presentations.
