Walt R. Massey, division president, consultancy, Balfour Beatty Construction, and Rodney L. Moss, senior vice president and chief legal officer, Balfour Beatty Constrution, will speak as part of this semester's Architecture for Health lecture series 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 in 111C, located in Langford building C.
