Financial aid, for which all requirements are complete, will begin disbursing to student billing accounts for Fall 2012 beginning on August 18, 2012. Please check the Scholarships & Financial Aid Portal via Howdy.tamu.edu (My Finances tab) to ensure all requirements are complete. You can confirm aid has been applied to your billing account through the Pay My Tuition/Manage My account link on the My Finances tab of the Howdy Portal. Click on View Current Activity to confirm aid has been applied and to see any remaining amount due. If financial aid disbursed is in excess of your balance due, refunds of the excess amount will be direct deposited to your bank account within 3-4 business days. Please confirm you have direct deposit activated by clicking on Select My Refund Delivery Preference in the Howdy Portal.
