The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum presents our fifth annual Children's Costume Contest and Trick-or-Treating Halloween event, sponsored by Atkinson Toyota. This free event is from 2-7 p.m. and is for children 12 and under. The schedule is as follows: 2 – 5 p.m. - Pumpkin Carving 2 – 6:30 p.m. - Activities on the plaza 3 - 6 p.m. - Trick-or-Treating in the museum 6:30 - 7 p.m. - Costume Contest finale Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes in the following categories: Ages 0-3 Ages 4-6 Ages 7-9 Ages 10-12 Most Original Costume Best Family or Group Adults are eligible to participate in the non-age specific categories. We will be collecting donations of nonperishable food items at the Halloween event for the Food for Families holiday food drive. Collection boxes will be at the main entrance near security.
