Description
Carla A. Hills, who served as United States Trade Representative from 1989-1993 under President George H.W. Bush, will speak at the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University on January 28, 2013. Ambassador Hills will discuss being the president's principal advisor on international trade policy, as well as the nation's chief trade negotiator for the North American Free Trade Agreement, now in operation for 20 years.
