Instructional Technology Services (ITS), a department of Texas A&M Information Technology, is coordinating another terrific, no-cost Teaching with Technology Conference for discussing emerging technology and trends in teaching and learning—and you can be a part of it by being a presenter!
Now in its ninth year, the Conference has grown to include a wide variety of over 30 technology sessions and two keynote presentations by leaders in higher education. All Texas A&M University System schools and agencies are invited to both present and attend.

Be part of a proactive teaching community that demonstrates innovative education methods and best practices with each other. Consider the following topics as suggested areas for submitting a proposal: Enriching course experiences through technology-enhanced instruction, Sharing ideas and techniques for teaching with technology to enhance student learning, Using non-traditional teaching methodologies that incorporate technology, Introducing best practices and professional development opportunities to instructors, Designing, delivering, and assessing engaging distance (DE) or traditional courses.
Proposals are due Friday, November 9. Visit the Conference webpage at http://its.tamu.edu/twtc to submit the short information form. We will make notifications of acceptance by Monday, December 3.
The Conference will span a day and a half on February 27 & 28 (half day), 2013 in Room 2400 of the Memorial Student Center in College Station, Texas. There is no cost to attend the Conference, but we encourage attendees to register now to allow for better event planning. Registered attendees will receive light breakfasts on both mornings, the first day’s grab-and-go lunch, and refreshments throughout the event. Come and go as your schedule permits.
