Description
This program will be the occasion for presenting the 2013 Phil Gramm Doctoral Fellowship Awards to selected, currently enrolled doctoral students at Texas A&M University. The award, presented annually, recognizes outstanding teaching and research by doctoral students whose command of their respective disciplines exemplifies the meaning of scholar mentor in the highest sense. The award includes a cash award of $5,000 and framed certificate for each recipient.
