Description
The Office of Graduate and Professional Studies is hosting the inaugural Texas A&M Three Minute Thesis (3MTĀ®). 3MT is a research communication competition developed by The University of Queensland (UQ) that is open to M.S. and Ph.D. students. Graduate students have three minutes to present a compelling oration on their thesis/dissertation and its significance. The winner of the Texas A&M 3MT will go on to an all-expense paid trip to San Antonio, TX, to represent Texas A&M at the Regional 3MT in February 2014. The Texas A&M 3MT is open for viewing to all students, faculty, and staff as well as to the B/CS community. The audience will have a chance to weigh in on the competition as they cast their own ballots to select a winner for the People's Choice Award (also includes prize money).
