The J.L. Frank '58 Graduate Seminar Series continues with our guest speaker Segey Fomel of the University of Texas at Austin. He is an Associate Professor for the Bureau of Economic Geology in the Department of Geological Sciences. The bureau is the oldest research unit at UT-Austin and not only curates the largest volume of subsurface core and cuttings in the USA at three centers located in Texas, but also runs a major Texas well log library, with nearly one million well records on file.
